Orders are delivered within 2-3 working days of purchasing.
We are only able to ship our products exclusively within mainland UK. Behind the scenes, we are continuing to work with our courier partners to one day be able to serve international markets.

Damaged goods:
If any product arrives damaged due to transit, please let us know immediately. You can email us at help@drinkmarna.com with your order details. Our team is here to help and we will assist you in rectifying any problems promptly by issuing a full refund or replacement.
Refunds & Returns (Teas & Iced Teas)
Due to the nature of our perishable products, we are unable to accept returns on any of our teas or drinks. We strive to ensure the highest quality in our products and packaging to prevent any issues.
Taste & Preference: Tea is personal. While we stand behind the quality of our blends, taste and preference are subjective.
For this reason: We do not offer automatic refunds for taste preferences. Taste-related issues are reviewed case by case, at our discretion. In some instances, we may offer a one-time goodwill refund on an first order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photos where possible. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Subscriptions
You may cancel, skip, or swap at any time before your next billing date. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded

Returning Other Products:
For all other items in our range, if you need to make a return, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to do so. Please ensure that the items are returned undamaged. upon receipt and inspection of the goods, we will issue a refund accordingly. Please email us at help@drinkmarna.com.
