Our teas stay fresh for 12–18 months if stored correctly. While tea doesn’t ‘go bad’, the flavour is best enjoyed within this timeframe.

Tea is a category that doesn’t fit neatly into the organic certification model, which is why you’ll rarely see high-quality tea brands carrying the organic label.

When we built Marna’s supply chain, we had two choices:

1. Source from large, mass-market suppliers that could afford organic certification,
but often underpay tea pickers and have fewer controls on quality, or

2. Partner directly with smaller, specialist farms where we can ensure that the tea is
grown and picked responsibly, ethically, and to the highest possible standard.

We chose the second route.

Every tea we use is carefully sourced for quality and fairness, even if it doesn’t carry an official organic stamp. In fact, the whole tea leaves we brew with are of higher grade than the tea sold in many locations across the world. The organic label is valuable for certain products, but in tea it can be misleading.

What matters most is how the tea is grown, picked, and processed, and we take that responsibility very seriously.

Tea bags often contain broken tea ‘dust’ and can even release microplastics into yourdrink. Our loose leaf teas use whole, carefully sourced leaves for maximum flavour, quality, andhealth benefits - plus, they’re better for the environment.

Yes! The Tea Club is designed to be flexible. You can swap blends, pause your subscription, or even skip a delivery whenever you like. We’ve built in 60- or 90-day delivery intervals based on your tea habits, so you’re always stocked with the blends you love - never too much, never too little.


You have complete control over your subscription. There are two simple ways to access your subscription portal:

1. Via your account on our website:

After placing a subscription order, head to “Account” (you’ll find it in the top menu or at the bottom of our website). Log in with the same email address you used at checkout.

From there, you’ll be taken straight into your Skio subscription portal, where you can:

• Skip a delivery
  
• Swap products
  
• Delay or reschedule an order
  
• Cancel your subscription
  
• Even gift your upcoming order to a friend
